Reservation Policy

As per the local authorities it is compulsory that all guests are required to produce valid proof of identification upon check in. Valid identification documents include Passport, Voters ID, Current Driving License, Aadhar Card; PAN Card document and must include a current photograph. All Foreign Nationals should carry a valid passport and visa. The hotel may deny any reservation under circumstances which do not follow the hotel terms and conditions or is unsatisfactory, this is at full discretion of the hotel management as it reserves the right of admission. In such cases applicable cancellation charges will be levied as per policy. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies the reservation under these circumstances. Pets are not allowed. Outside food or cooking is not allowed. All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice. 

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

Check In time 12 PM & Check Out time 11 AM.

Early Check-in/ Late Check-out is available additional charge and/or subject to room availability.

Room Description

We do have internally connecting Valley View A/C rooms. These rooms are subject to availability all our Villa/C rooms are next to each other but are not connected internally. All the Villa rooms have two queen beds each hence no extra bed is provided for the extra person. Please note-There is no Room Service/House-keeping available from11 pm-7 am. All our room are equipped with a safe.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol cannot be consumed in the restaurant and outdoor premises. Guests may bring their own alcohol and consume in their respective room.

All guests must mandatorily download Aarogya Setu mobile application and produce the same at check in.

Guest self-declaration form to be filled and sent to the hotel prior to check in.

Guest ID and other relevant document details to be sent in advance for guest registration.

Guests to be informed that housekeeping services are on request only basis and to schedule the same the guest will be required to notify the front desk in advance

Guest Dos & Donts

Guests should not visit any containment zone in the city while residing in the resort.

Guests should not step out of the hotel room unnecessarily. If unavoidable, they must wear a mask whenever stepping out.

The guestroom doors shall be kept closed at all times and any contact with the doorknobs must be minimized.

All guests shall always keep a safe distance from others as per social distancing norms.

Guests should frequently wash their hands with the soap or sanitize as and when needed.

In case of room service, guests shall place all cutlery/crockery disposable or regular after the on table provided outside the room by the hotel.
