Cancellation or modification made beyond 7 days prior to check-in time is subject to 50% of the room retention of the reservation. In case of refund, 5% bank charges will be applicable. Cancellation or modification made within 7 days prior to check in time is subject to 100% room retention of the reservation. Cancellation or modification made on or after the day of arrival is subject to 100 % room retention charge for the reservation.

Cancellation or modification made later or in case of no show, 100% room retention charge plus taxes for the reservation will be charged.

A valid Credit Card or Debit card is required for all bookings. All Visa and Master Cards & UPI payments are accepted. The entire duration stay will be debited to the card provided. Booking is safe. 

Management reserves the right to decline any guest check-in, if found unsatisfactory, at the time of check-in, management reserves all the rights to dishonor the check-in. In such a case respective cancellation charges will be levied as per the policy.
