Cancellation or modification made within 24hrs prior to check in time 100% room retention charge of the first night will be charged for reservations made through the hotel website. Refunds (if any) prior to the cancellation window will incur bank/card charges as applicable.

Cancellation or modification made on or after the day of arrival is subject to 100% room retention charges of the reservation, applicable taxes will be charged additionally on the room rates mentioned in the reservation.

In case of no show on the date of arrival, 100% room retention charges will be charged. If the guest does not show up as per the room reserved the same will be charged as per the reservation.

All visitors visiting a guest in-house must register themselves with a valid Photo ID. Management reserves the right of admission to disallow any visitor to the guestroom, if found unsatisfactory or inappropriate as per hotel policy. Visitors may or may not be allowed depending on the purpose of the guests’ room reservation, this is all at the discretion of the hotel management.

Management reserves the right of admission to decline any guest reservation, if found unsatisfactory, at the time of check-in, management reserves all the rights to dishonor the guest stay.
