As per the local authorities it is compulsory that all guests are required to produce valid proof of identification upon check in. Valid identification documents include Passport, Voters ID, Current Driving License, Aadhar Card; PAN Card document and must include a current photograph. All Foreign Nationals should carry a valid passport and visa. The hotel may deny any reservation under circumstances which do not follow the hotel terms and conditions or is found unsatisfactory, this is at full discretion of the hotel management as it reserves the right of admission. In such cases applicable cancellation charges will be levied as per policy.

All guests shall always keep a safe distance from others as per social distancing norms.
Guests should frequently wash their hands with the soap or sanitize as and when needed.
In case of room service, guests shall put all crockery/cutlery disposable or regular after use in the garbage bag/table provided outside the room by the hotel.
Airport Pickup/Drop service will be provided from the hotel as per details provided. Shuttles for pickup/drop services are provided by qualified and registered drivers verified by the hotel. In the rare event the airport pickup is missed, charges for the same will be as applicable.
